Parking

Paid onsite parking is available for $20 per night. A number of undercover car parks exist in the basement level, as well as outdoor parking in the areas immediately outside the hotel. Parking space is available on a first-in-first-served basis, and spaces cannot be reserved. If onsite parking is not available, paid parking is available in the Wilsons Carpark nearby. 

Ski Storage

The hotel offers a free heated ski storage room, which is accessed from the hotel’s exterior (next to the front entrance on Golden Elm Lane). Secure bike storage is also available in the basement carpark. Please speak with our front office team for details on these facilities.

Dining

Check out our on-site restaurant and bar, Giants, for relaxing after a busy day, with special deals every day of the week. In-room dining is available 24 hours a day, with a restricted menu on offer after hours. Room service options can be found on the menu on your TV. 
A range of daytime and evening options are also available nearby, within a 5-minute walk from the hotel.

The Remarkables Park Shopping Area is located within a 5-minute walk from the hotel and offers a variety of well-known retail outlets; Unichem Pharmacy and New World Supermarket are also available in this area. The Frankton and Remarkables Park area is home to a number of family-friendly (and mostly indoor) activities that are open year-round. How far is the hotel from the airport?

Holiday Inn Remarkables Park is located in Frankton, a quick 5 minute drive from Queenstown Airport.

How do I get to the hotel from the Airport?

While we do not have our own transfer service, there are several options to reach the hotel from the airport. Uber and local taxi services are widely available, as well as a public bus service which only takes about 5 minutes. Rental cars are also available from various companies at the airport. 
You could also walk from the airport to the hotel, which would take around 20 minutes. 

How do I get to Coronet Peak and the Remarkables ski fields?

Daily ski transfers between the hotel and Coronet Peak & The Remarkables are provided during the winter season by Info & Snow.
Their hotel / ski area transfer services can be booked online, and depart outside the hotel at Stop 23; visit www.infosnow.co.nz for details.
Our team will be happy to provide directions and assist with bookings.

What are the check in and check out times?

Our check in time is 3pm. Our check out time is 11am. Early check in and late check out options are available, please speak to our team to book this. 

Do you have a pool on-site?

No, we do not have an on-site pool, however Alpine Aqualand is just a 6 minute drive away. 

Can I bring my pet to Holiday Inn Queenstown Remarkables Park?

No, pets are not allowed at Holiday Inn Queenstown Remarkables Park.

Can I store my bags if I arrive early?

Yes, we have storage facilities available, please talk to our front desk team upon arrival. 

Do you have a laundry service?

Yes, we do have a laundry service available, including dry cleaning. Hours of operation are 9am-5pm.
