A perfect place to stay.

Spacious room with a spacious bathroom & shower. The colour and designs in the room is perfect and matching. All the amenities you need is in the room. Very nice big windows and love the quality of the AC in the room. We would 100% come back and stay again.

The staff were excellent and very helpful. Fantastic breakfast and room was clean and comfortable. Location was great with easy access to the ski fields. Local restaurants were close by and all had excellent food and service.

I appreciate the receptionists who gave me a very welcome checking in and provided all the information I needed. Also, the dining area was a pleasant experience. When I asked for a recommendation about drinks and food, they advised the best choice for me and my family. Love the decorations about the sitting area in the front hall. Overall, I loved when I stayed in the hotel. Thanks.

The hotel is so close to the Airport and although I caught the taxi each way, I was told you could just pay NZD 5 each way. So convenient too to catch a bus to Queenstown city - to Sunshine Bay - to ArrowTown - very cheaply too on the bus for NZD 1 per ride, ie if you have a local Bee Bus Card (NZD 5). I was able to walk along the Lake Esplanade - walked to nearby shops. The view from the hotel is stunning and you can see the helicopters (from a distance) flying passengers up the mountain ranges. The staff here are very helpful and friendly. I didn't have any food in the hotel premises, but there are so many options nearby. I hope to come back in future.
